Dear Africa House Family,

Over the next two weeks, I am asking every missionary in the Africa House to take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete a feedback form.
|
As the Africa Lead Team looks toward the future, we want to ensure we're listening well and leading from an accurate understanding of the experiences, perspectives, and realities of the people who make up this community. While leadership carries the responsibility of setting direction, we also recognize that we have blind spots. The only way we can identify those blind spots is by listening to the people serving on the ground every day.

This survey is designed to help us identify trends, opportunities, strengths, and areas where we need to grow as a region. Specifically, we're looking at three areas:

1. Values & Internal Language
Do our values and the language we use accurately reflect who we are and who we want to become? Where do we need greater clarity, both for ourselves and for those we invite into the Africa House?

2. Culture & Systems
What aspects of our culture help people thrive? Where do we need to invest, improve, or make adjustments? What blind spots might exist that we need to pay attention to as a leadership team?
|
3. Capacity & Prioritization
Are our priorities aligned as a region? Do you feel your workload is sustainable? Are we focusing on the right things to accomplish the mission God has given us?
|
Most importantly, we need your honest feedback.
|
We are not collecting names or email addresses. Instead, we will be looking for trends across the Africa House that help us understand where we need to invest our attention, resources, and leadership in the years ahead.
|
Please don't tell us what you think we want to hear. Tell us what you actually see, experience, and believe. Honest feedback is one of the greatest gifts you can give a leadership team. If we're going to continue growing into a healthy, thriving community working together on mission, we need a clear picture of where we are today.
|
Because of that, we're asking every missionary to participate. The deadline to submit the form is June 15.

As a thank-you for investing your time, everyone who completes the survey will have the opportunity to enter a drawing for one of two $250 Amazon gift cards. One man and one woman will be selected, and winners will be drawn on June 15.
